Hornsby for exemplifying that my previous experience with another Hyundai dealership, which left me refusing to ever drive another Hyundai again (after having been a loyal customer for 10 years), was not a true representation of the Hyundai/Genesis brands, but rather a representation of individuals who do not put their customers first. From the second you walk into Freehold Hyundai, you are treated with the utmost respect. In all my years of leasing cars, I have never encountered a more genuine, truthful, and caring sales and management team who truly put your best interests first. Great Car Buying Experienc When I left my house this morning, my only intention was to test drive a few different Make and Model cars. I had no thought of purchasing today. I d When I left my house this morning, my only intention was to test drive a few different Make and Model cars. I had no thought of purchasing today. I decided to stop in at your dealership to check out a Tucson. Already having more than one Hyundai in the family, there was no reason not to check it out. I started walking around the lot looking at the used cars when Nikki came out to greet me. It was my lucky day! Nikki was friendly and did not try to sell me but listened carefully to my desires, restrictions and concerns. Throughout the process she was open and honest and showed me what was available in the used car market. She did not attempt to offer me what she heard me say I didn't want. Throughout the process, she was concerned and continued to answer my questions thoroughly and honestly. The end result was that, even though I had no intention of driving home a newer car for me, I purchased a used car that met my price and needs. She continued to be helpful to me as I needed to empty my old car of my stuff. She then sat with me to explain some of the features of the car that I needed to understand sooner than later. Before I left, I checked if the gas tank door opened properly and we found that it didn't. She checked with service after I left and set up an appointment for me on Friday, when I need to return with the title to my old car and the check for it, for it to be looked at by them. I could probably say more but I think you get the idea. You should feel very comfortable having a salesperson like Nikki. Also, getting my insurance changed was done smoothly and the women in the Finance department were very friendly and professional. Overall, I feel very comfortable with my car and very positive about my experience at your dealership. More
