Freehold Hyundai..great experience! We wanted to purchase a 2019 Santa Fe SUV and contacted their internet sales dept. Bill Kantor responded quickly and asked what our specific wants and We wanted to purchase a 2019 Santa Fe SUV and contacted their internet sales dept. Bill Kantor responded quickly and asked what our specific wants and needs were for that particular car. After providing that information to him he responded right back with current inventory, pricing and current promotions for that type of vehicle. We explained to Bill that we would be comparing pricing with other Hyundai dealers as we live in the Toms River area. We contacted another local dealer with whom we’ve purchased four other Hyundai’s previously, provided them with all of the information given to us by Freehold and they would not, after three emails to their internet sales dept, give us a price to meet or beat Freehold Hyundai’s final price. Therefore, that being said, we’d like to acknowledge the fast, upfront internet pricing by the Freehold Hyundai’s Internet Sales Department which prompted us to schedule a test drive appointment. At that time we were met by Cary Rose, who gave us (since they were so busy on President’s Day Weekend) Zak, another internet salesperson to provide test drives of the vehicle. After driving several models and trim levels we agreed to purchase a vehicle and met Tony Rodriguez who gave us more information about the model that we had finally chosen (since we stepped up the trim level) and was able to negotiate our price further. The day we picked up the vehicle, Tony thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles and made the pick up process extremely quick. We are happy that Tony Rodriguez and the team at Freehold Hyundai made this a pleasurable purchasing experience and we are glad to be a part of the Freehold Hyundai Family. The distance to Freehold Hyundai is further than our previous Hyundai dealership, but is well worth the trip and savings! More
