My husband and I had been putting off looking for the new car we needed, so when we finally started checking into where to shop we had received excellent reviews on Freehold Hyundai and decided to check them out. One of their friendly sales persons, Matthew Carlin, introduced himself when we walked in and was able to quickly understand what we were looking for, went through available inventory, and had us out for a test drive in no time. After finding the Santa Fe we felt was just right for us, Matthew made sure we had our trade-in evaluated, understood the pricing, and were able to get financing and insurance and drive our new Santa Fe home, all in one afternoon. We especially appreciated the team approach at Freehold Hyundai because each person we spoke with was professional and courteous, from Ralph, who helped us complete our paperwork, to John, who showed us how all the bells and whistles on our new Santa Fe work. The whole buying experience could not have been better, mostly due to our knowledgeable and friendly sales person -- Thanks Matthew! More
