She was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for, a 2017 Tucson, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Karen was met with a challenge, as I had a very strict price point, and she worked very hard to help me. I can honestly say that Karen was the nicest, most honest sales person I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. I could not be happier with the service I recieved from not only her, but the sales manager there as well. Buying a new car is a stressful process but I could not have felt more comfortable working with this dealership and Karen herself. The test drive was perfect and she was very knowledgable about the history of Hyundai. She helped set up my vehicle and made sure I left with a full tank of gas and my first oil change set up. Thank goodness there is an introduction to a new vehicle because there are lots of bells and whistles even on the most basic model. My salesman Les explained many of the items to me. I can call on Ty to re-explain anything in the future and know that I will be doing so. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful . Other than actually paying it was a painless experience unlike some of the stories I have heard of other dealerships. More

A Great overall experience I have only bought new cars throughout my life. This was the first time that I am leasing a car and Kumar was able to explain the process in a way th I have only bought new cars throughout my life.
