I was looking for a new/used car for my daughter who had an unfortunate accident and needed a new one. The showroom was neat & orderly when we arrived to look at the vehicle we were interested in. We met with Benjamin Martinez. He was very friendly and lowkey: he focused on what we wanted and did not try to at the vehicle we were interested in. We met with Benjamin Martinez. We went for a test drive and were pleased with the car (Hyundai Venue SEL). My wife noticed a small crack in the windscreen. Mr. Martinez assured us it would be repaired at no cost (I just made an appointment for a fix at the dealership). We met with other people to arrange adding the car to our insurance (Frank, who was very quick & efficient) and to complete the deal through finance (Kevin, also very thorough & accommodating). The entire process took approx. 3 hours, which is fairly standard from what I understand. I was able to drive away in the car I wanted that fit well within my budget. There were no surprises except for how smoothly everything went! Thank you Ben, Frank, and Kevin. Would recommend to anyone. More
