Figured we had such great experience with the service dept, we would give them a shot. First attempt was the most horrific experience I ever had. The salesman was arrogant, rude, and obnoxious but when I complained to the head sales manager, we were referred to a different sales team (Jerimiah - sales manager & Justin - salesman) and they went over and above our expectation to close the deal at a price lower than I wanted to originally spend.
