The first vehicle I decided on (and took home) turned out not to have all of the equipment that I believed it did - an Overall a very good experience. The first vehicle I decided on (and took home) turned out not to have all of the equipment that I believed it did - and was not told that it was without a CD player. But I called and the dealership was terrific and took the car back and I leased a different car (with CD) for some additional cost. Additionally there was one employee who - a product specialist - was extremely nice and knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. His first name was Sertulo (not certain of this) but he was referred to as 'T' by all others. He should be commended and acknowledged as an asset to the dealership. More
