We had purchased an Azera at this dealership last year, so we know the buying process is very very time consuming. After the test drive, we told Thomas that we were very interested in the car, but we were under a time constraint. He was very accommodating. We gave him some information to get the ball rolling so that when we returned we could have somewhat of a head start. The entire purchasing process is what it is, but it wasn't stressful and we felt we got a fair price and a fair amount on our trade-in. After the purchase was complete, it was late, so again, I asked for another appointment to get the new-car tutorial and again, Thomas was accommodating. More
