I speak strongly about Hyundia vehicles, but I can't say that about their dealerships until now. I dreaded spending my typical 10 hours at the dealership getting aggravated with aggressive sales teams. That was not what I experience today. From the time I walked into Freehold Hyundai, every person I worked with through the entire process were so incredibly nice, personable and non-pushy. Karen Lignelli, my sales woman was amazing!!! She made me feel like me buying this car was important and did everything she could do to make it easy as possible. To be honest I do not do surveys because in all my other experiences the sales person was more concerned with how I graded their survey then me. I felt like over exceptional service deserved my time to take this survey. More

I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson at I wanted to share a rare event with everyone…. A stress free car buying experience…..Yes they do exist. I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson at Freehold Hyundai on Route 9 north and the service from the moment I walked in the door to look at the car until the moment I was handed the keys to my new car was simply OUTSTANDING. The entire team was focused on the customer experience (much different from the staff at the old location). I was greeted by William Martinez (salesman) the moment I walked in to the showroom in a polite and non-threating manner and he offered his services and showed me a few cars giving me the highlights of each. William was a true professional throughout the process. Once I made the decision to purchase, I met with Kristina Melendez (Finance Manager) and finalized the numbers (in about 10 minutes) with some added options related to extended warranty coverage. The digital signing process used by Freehold Hyundai had the entire “sit-down and sign process” reduced to just 15 minutes. Yes I did say 15 minutes. Even I could not believe it. The days of hours of signing paper has been eliminated. Again, can’t say enough about the experience as well as the staff. They wanted me to have the car as much as I wanted it at a FAIR price. And throughout the process they were always mindful /respectful of my time and their service. Peter Postorino (General Sales Manager) – congrats to the team….they truly executed on all aspects of the sale. The final thing that sealed the deal was the welcome email after the purchase from Audriena DePalma (Customer Service Manager) welcoming me to the Freehold Hyundai family and getting scheduled for my first oil change in July to ensure I take good care of new car NICE JOB TEAM!!!!!
