Rob was extremely helpful and more importantly, he listened to what I was saying. He answered all my questions, got a great price for me, and walked me through the entire process with ease. He had several cars available with the features I wanted. I chose one and we took it on a test drive. Having had many cars in my lifetime, this was the fastest and easiest experience I have ever had. Everyone at Freehold Hyundai with whom I dealt, was friendly and helpful. When all the paperwork was done, Robert took me to my new car and patiently explained how to use all the new features. He even gave me his private phone number in case I had other questions. I highly recommend Freehold Hyundai and Robert Sorg to anyone looking for a new car. More

Service with a Smile? I took my car to be serviced. It was explained the parts were not available and one would be delivered in the morning, (as the other part was not as I took my car to be serviced. It was explained the parts were not available and one would be delivered in the morning, (as the other part was not as important) I should have my vehicle by midday. I would receive a phone in the morning to update me on the details. They did not have a loaner car that I would be able to use and I had the option of taking my car with an inadequate part but it was recommended that I not. When I explained I needed a vehicle to because I had meeting scheduled the serviced agent apologized and said it was out of their control. They did not have a loaner and did not have the part. Therefore, I was unable to met with my real estate agent and lost an apartment and I was also unable to met with my boss. The following day, I did not her from the service agent and had to call back 3 times. After calling and requesting to speak to a manager he called back within minutes. He explained the part was not in and it was out of his control. He did not offer me a loaner as he said it “should be done in a matter of hours”. I understand that our priorities are not their priorities but don’t lie!!! It’s the middle of the week. I’m not a stay at home mom I have a job and don’t have another means of getting to my job. He was such a jerk about the entire situation. It’s extremely frustrating. He offered nothing as aid or in response to my concerns. Purchasing the vehicle from Phil was another annoying event. More
