Awful experience with Percy TWO times Percy has no knowledge or experience. He gave me a hard time both times he was my service advisor. I specifically requested my car to be test driven f Percy has no knowledge or experience. He gave me a hard time both times he was my service advisor. I specifically requested my car to be test driven for no more than 4-5 miles. When I picked up the car today there was well over 50 miles driven and no gas in the tank. He told me to contact my manufacturer when my navigation system was malfunctioning when the car is 5 months old... According to my invoice there's no open recalls on my car; when there are two open recalls on the car according to Hyundai. If there's an issue, it should be looked into. Very disappointed. More
