It usually takes me 45 mins-1hr but since it was a holiday it took me way longer and Phil Akel had no problem waiting for me even though it was getting late. He was super helpful and nice. He had a ton of patience. He explained every little detail about the car. I definitely kept him past his time there but he didn't rush me at all and that night I left with my beautiful new elantra coupe! More
