Stress-free Experience When my husband and I woke up on Saturday morning, we had no idea we would need to buy a car that day. Our van was in the shop and the repair to keep it going was just too costly. So needless to say, it was a stressful situation at the start. My husband and I decided to go to Hyundai in Freehold as our first stop in shopping around. When we saw a vehicle we were curious about, we were very fortunate to have Ashley Ormsby provide us the details and a test drive. Ashley right away turned what should have been a stressful event into an easy, stress-free experience! Ashely answered all our questions and always with a smile. We felt so comfortable with Ashley and the ‘one price/best price’ initiative, that we decided we didn’t need to go to any other dealer to look around. The decision was that simple. I even remember telling Ashley after the buying experience was over that I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I’m sorry to say I don’t recall the finance manager’s name, but our experience with financing the vehicle was just as easy and straightforward. He made us feel at ease, considering it wasn’t a purchase we had planned to make. I was very thankful that we decided to go to Hyundai in Freehold to purchase our car and that we had Ashley to guide us through the process. More
THE WORST - Customer Service Service department at this dealership has NO Customer Service skills whatsoever There is no interaction between service and parts - you will be trans Service department at this dealership has NO Customer Service skills whatsoever There is no interaction between service and parts - you will be transferred back and forth with neither side caring what the other side is doing! No one takes ownership from beginning to end of any issue. While dealing with "service" You will hear a lot of pushing the blame to others with things like - the car is not ready because "PARTS" screwed up While dealing with "Parts" you will hear a lot of "sorry I don't know anything about that - you need to speak with Service" They have lost a customer here! Management at this location needs to step up and demand more! More

While waiting for my vehicle, Product Specialist Vince Mucci introduced himself to me. Vince went over new car options with me and scheduled an appointment for me to come back and test drive other vehicles that fulfill my needs. Shortly after speaking with Vince, my service issue was resolved and I was out of Hyundai within 45 minutes. I love the new location of Freehold Hyundai and am looking forward to looking at other Hyundais! More

Poor Customer Service My son purchased a new Hundai Accent in June of this year. The car developed a bubble on the side of the tire on the passenger side of the car. He brought the car back to dealer hoping they would rectify the defected tire but instead they said the car was not covered. They said it would cost him $125 to replace the tire. Michael Carrea made me feel comfortable, unlike at other dealerships. He helped me find the deal of my dreams. The deal that made me (Michael Polifka) an owner of a new 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I couldn’t believe it. I finally have a brand new car. We saw the car, we drove the car, we talked about the car, He set up a great deal, and I bought the car.
