Our sales associate, Phil Akel, took time to answer all of our questions about the different models (numerous test drives) and gave us fair market quotes for each of our trade-ins. Also, since we were trading in both of our cars and still needed a second car for the next couple of weeks, Phil arranged for us to have a rental at no cost to us.
