not just great but fast services I went in with no appiontment but was helped with no issue. Vince came to me in few min and explained what was wrong and it has been fixed. He immediately respected our decision to purchase, even though his suggestion to lease was a valid point. There was no haggling with prices and there was no need to haggle. The sales process here is open. During the purchase process, Phil made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. There is no back office. All the research is done in our eyesight, right on the floor. You could actually go up to Phil and ask him a question while he is getting interest rates from the computer tech. These salespeople do not hide. All of the people we dealt with were friendly and respectful and I will recommend Phil to my friends. More

The deal was too good to pass up especially since it was in my price range too! Every employee that I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was explained in full detail and nothing was hided. Any questions I had was answered and explained. I never felt pressured into buying anything. We were pleased and surprised when Phillip Axel, our sales rep. did neither. He was supportive, took the time to explain everything to us, and quoted us only one price. In addition, he kept our budget and needs in mind when discussing option packages. Everything was done during one sitting, and we drove out with our new car the very same day.
