I got to test drive the two cars i was looking at without getting hour long speeches about the car about pointless things. When it got to the purchasing and price of the car Phil got me the lowest possible price right away he didn't give me a ridiculous high number and then go back to his manager every time i ask for lower one he just got straight to the minimal final price. i ended up getting a Memorial day weekend sale for my Veloster turbo . you do not feel annoyed or presured to do anything like other dealers. Phil made this experience happen for me i wasn't even expecting to buy a hyundai if it wasnt for him. More

My sister and Brother-in law just recently purchased their Santa Fe from Freehold Hyundai and told me they had a great salesman by the name of Vince Mucci who closed the deal for them and told me to give him a call. Well I did, and everything went great!! I went there and sat down with Mr. Mucci, told him that I wanted a specific optioned truck, and wouldn't really settle for anything less, Well Mr. Mucci listened to me, and did what he needed to make that deal happen. Never made me feel pressured, always stayed in personal contact with me to let me know what was going on and finally delivered what I asked for! To me, this is what a vehicle buying experience should always be like, A Salesman who listens to what you want, not try and sell you what you don't, a Dealership that was friendly and courteous and delivered in the end... I visited half a dozen dealerships and can say that this was the best. Most of the dealerships ships showed me what I suggested, this dealership showed cars they felt I would like. I took that as a sign of genuine interest in helping me find the right vehicle. After a week of thinking it over I decided to buy my car here (Hyundai Tucson). There were other buyers interested but they made sure that we were able to get the car we wanted. Overall the quality of service was great and ultimately I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car.
