Freehold Hyundai

This will be the second NEW car I have purchased from Freehold Hyundai. I loved my 09 Sonata so much I wanted to get another one. Love the NEW style. I cannot say enough good about the gentlemen I dealt with. First was Frank S. He was the most "honest" car salesman, I have ever met. He was patient, and so helpful. We ended up going into the evening, past closing, just to find the EXACT car I wanted. He even gave me his cell number in case I had any questions. Well the story gets more complicated than that. I'll keep it as short as possible. Considering it was as late as it was, I didn't take any time to inspect my new car.. I know, I know, big mistake.. I get home and decided to check it out.. OH NOOOOO...the front drivers side bumper had a DENT.. I was devistated and thought I'd be stuck with a car that was going to need to be repaired before it even had 50 miles on it.. Well, well.. NOT.. I called and explained what happened and that's where Vlad came to the rescue. He took a look at the car and clarified that it was through no fault of mine that it was damaged. He went through ALL the paper work again, voided this and voided that.. I went home with a replacement, EXACTLY what I wanted. In the DAYLIGHT I might add. Before I went home I was instructed about every little detail of my new car by Rob S. Another fabulous guy. He even set up my "Blue Link" , and fixed it so that I can start my car, REMOTELY with my CELL PHONE.. I will go back there again and will surely suggest Freehold Hyundai to friends and family. I have always been skeptical about car dealerships. I have never purchased a brand new car before. I have only purchased used cars from individual sellers. I could not be happier with my experience at Freehold Hyundai and my new 2013 sonata. I did not feel pressured and I felt like the sales team there actually cared about my budget and my needs. I was not at the dealership all day like my friends told me I would be either which is a plus when you have 3 kids at school. Usman had great customer service skills and made my car buying experience very easy. Usman made sure he explained all my neat gadgets in my new car and even told me if I have questions to just stop in at anytime. Freehold hyundai represents the hyundai name the best any dealership could. I recommend this dealership and USMAN for being so caring, friendly, bright, and helpful. THANK YOU More
