My fiance and I had been looking to new cars and thought why not take a ride to Freehold Hyundai one Saturday and see what they can offer us for a price that we would like. When we arrived the sales man Fra why not take a ride to Freehold Hyundai one Saturday and see what they can offer us for a price that we would like. When we arrived the sales man Frank Simonetti was outside and immediately asked if we needed any help. From that point on Frank sat with us and tried anything possible to work with our budget as well as what car we wanted. After 4 hours finally we were able to drive our 2011 Hyundai Sonata home. If it was not for Franks patience and kindness we would still be looking!! I def. recommend going there in anytime of need and friends ours already know where to go for their next car! Thanks Frank we really appreciate it! More
I took my 2007 Sonata in because the TPMS light came on. This is supposed to be covered by warranty. I told them this is the second time it happened. The first time they reset it and all was fine, no charge This is supposed to be covered by warranty. I told them this is the second time it happened. The first time they reset it and all was fine, no charge. This time I was told there was a 75% chance it would not be covered, sound like a setup? Sure enough, after diagnostics, the couldn't figure it out. They wanted to keep trying at my expense. This should have been an easy fix. I told then to cease working on the car, I would pay the $125 fee and leave. They somehow reset the light and I Left.. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealer, although in hindsight probably didn't get the best deals and I have never had a problem with the service dept. This tine however the were out to rip me off! I will never go there again and NEVER buy another Hyundai Product. IMHO all the positive reviews probably coming from the dealer. More

My intention was to continue shopping around for a new car, yet when I saw the 2012 Veloster I had to drive it. Once I drove it, I had to own it. Nick Salvia worked hard to get me a deal that would be s car, yet when I saw the 2012 Veloster I had to drive it. Once I drove it, I had to own it. The rest of the dealership personnel went out of their way to make this buying experience a delightful experience -- albeit a bit more time-consuming than I expected due to the amount of paper work foist upon Les E., the finance man, who did his very best to complete the work both quickly and with precision. He went through every detail with me to be certain I understood. Everyone explained everything clearly and precisely. I left, not only with a beautiful new car, but with a sense of confidence in Freehold Hyundai. DEVH More
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I went and test drove new Hyundai and discussed purchasing vehicle and trading in my current vehicle. I informed salesman and sales manager what I wanted to spend and decided to leave and discussed purchasing vehicle and trading in my current vehicle. The next day the salesman calls and says everything looks great and that they could meet my numbers. I go to the dealership and drive new Hyundai again. We agree on deal, so I start cleaning out my old vehicle and salesman drives new car to service area to get ready for delivery. After waiting 45 minutes I'm told the general manager forgot to add in the payoff on my current vehicle and they now need $9,000 additional for a down payment or I can extend my loan a few years!!! The general manager finally comes over to admit his mistake and when I ask him why he isn't sitting down to explain the situation, he simply states he is busy with other customers. I have already reported this business to the BBB for deceptive practices and will NEVER let any one I know even think about going to these liars for a car. More
