Special shout out to Finance Manager RALPH M., who worked miracles procuring a great deal and financing for this customer encumbered by a poor credit rating, a particularly difficult process because it was delayed by Hurricane Sandy. If Ralph and sales associate Kenny B. hadn't allowed me to drive away with my beautiful 2008 Santa Fe *before* paying the entire deposit that night a week before Sandy hit, I would not have been able to evacuate my flooded home (my previous SUV had to be junked the previous week). Ralph is an exceptional asset to the Hyundai Family of Dealerships...going the extra mile, always with a smile and an abundance of patience!
