They overcharged for the car I purchased. The dealers price on the window sticker with delivery was $22,385.00 The other sticker on the car said with extended 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warra price on the window sticker with delivery was $22,385.00 The other sticker on the car said with extended 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty valued at $2995.00 the total price of the car is $25,380.00. I declined the warranty over and over again. They would not stop pushing the warranty. I told them I didn't want it again. So they do there usually back and forth scheme with the numbers and then tell me they can come close to what I wanted to pay monthly but told me I needed to put down more of a down payment. They wouldn't show me the paperwork even though I asked to see it. They kept distracting me and changing the subject when I asked. I ended up paying $24,995 only $385 less then the sticker, but with no warranty. Why wouldn't I just pay the $22,385.00? I agree I shouldn't have signed anything without thoroughly looking through it, but it was my first new car purchase and I was excited and I've learned my lesson. I have emailed and called them with no response or attitude on the phone. *All prices above don't include tax, reg, licensing or dealer fees. Also I went there because my sister in-law recently bought a car there and although she didn't care for her salesman she did get a decent deal. They told her that if she referred someone to them that bought a car they would give her something. (not sure what it was). Anyway I mentioned this to them and they again changed the subject and it never came up again. More

Visited this dealer after a mix-up on the sticker at a different dealership. All the cars had sticker pin striping added, door guards and wheel guards, and the "Silver" level Warranty for an additional $ different dealership. All the cars had sticker pin striping added, door guards and wheel guards, and the "Silver" level Warranty for an additional $2995 over MSRP. You can't opt out of anything except the Warranty ($1700) because it's already installed. MSRP includes $760 for freight, but when you sit down an ADDITIONAL $760 destination charge has been added to your total, but the car you are interested in buying is already 'in the back' getting prepped, so you can't even prove that the freight charge was already included. The internet price does NOT show the additional mark ups for their 'packages' so it's definitely a HUGE BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!!!! Double check everything they charge you for because this dealer is a HUGE rip off and they make it sound like they are doing YOU a favor when they take $200 off the double freight charge. HUGE SCAM!!!! More
