This past week I was greeted by a saleman named Mike Baumert. He is by far the nicest, most engaging, personable, car salesman I've ever come across. My family and I had an outstanding experience with salesman Michael Baumert at Freehold Hyundai. My experience with Michael Baumert started at the doors of the showroom. Michael came over from his desk held the door open so my wife could push my child’s stroller in. He actually made the dealership fun for my children as he interacted with them making them laugh. I told Michael I was looking for a family sedan that is safe and gets good gas mileage on the highway. He showed me three cars within my budget. He has great knowledge of cars. He took the time to explain features in detail of the cars he showed me. I choose the Milan and I love it. The whole buying process took less than two hours from start to finish. That night Michael called me to ensure I had made it home with my new car safely. Michael's no pressure style and professionalism should be the model for all new salesmen in the business.
