They advertised a car they did not have at a great price. I called to confirm the car was available and they told me that yes it was. I got there of course it wasn't. They had a similar car same trim level a I called to confirm the car was available and they told me that yes it was. I got there of course it wasn't. They had a similar car same trim level and mileage for thousands more. When I asked them why the price difference he said that's a good question. Then showed me on some website that the car that sold was underpriced. Although I looked it up on Kelley Blue Book and it was not. Felt like I got the bait and switch Lord into the dealership a distance from my home on their word that the car they advertised was available. The dealer was quite busy no one helped me for quite a while and no one was at the front desk or at any desk or greeting people I just had to stand around and try to catch someone's attention. Very strange. Needless to say after wasting a couple of hours traveling there and back I'm sitting in traffic in rush hour they're off my list there are other dealers More
