Unprofessional staff at the front desk. I called in because my Hyundai fuel efficiency dropped tremendously per full tank. I called and spoke to rep to bring the car in for diagnoses/ safety issue, and pick up a loaner and the rep seemed like she didn’t want to accommodate my concern.I asked to speak to a service manager and instead they had the head cashier name Kelly speak to me instead of the service manager who I requested, terrible experience and unreliable place to deal with, you can’t count on them! I will not be leasing again from Hyundai and will not be thinking of choosing them or referring to my friends and family. More
