After 2 horrible dealership experiences, I was almost going to move on from Genesis as a brand. Luckliy I came across Genesis of Freehold and Matt Carlin. The experience was unlike any other dealership or salesman before. Matt never tried to push me to get something I didn't want just because it was on the lot or he wanted to meet some arbitrary sales target. He listened patiently to what I was looking for and promised to help me get it. It was a very specific GV70 in an ultra rare color that most dealerships never had or ever ordered, but Matt was able to work with his Sales Manager and actually put in a priority request with the exact specs. I was kept appraised throughout the waiting process and the day of delivery was super smooth. Matt explained all the features of the car in great detail and set me up with the Finance and Insurance staff which was also flawless. I would recommend Genesis of Freehold for anyone looking for a great Hyundai/Genesis dealership and especially Matt Carlin More

I just purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid from Freehold Hyundai. Kayla was easy to deal with and didn’t pressure me.
