I have been searching for my Genesis SUV for quite some time. I went into the Genesis Freehold dealership fully expecting to test drive the vehicle, but place an order and wait for the specific vehicle I w time. I went into the Genesis Freehold dealership fully expecting to test drive the vehicle, but place an order and wait for the specific vehicle I wanted for a number of months, but was surprised that I learned about the various models and my ability to actually see all of the models and have the differences explained to me with no upselling pressure, etc. My salesperson, Darnésha Moore, was patient, well-informed, pleasant to speak to, and listened to my questions, concerns, and interests well. At the end of the day, I purchased a vehicle that was on the lot because she was good enough to help me understand it met the needs/desires I was expressing for the vehicle I wanted. I purchased the car and have not looked back. I really like my new Genesis GV80! More

A special thank you to Daniel Nelson for the "personal" touch of reaching out to us regarding a minor issue that we had in trying to connect our automatic garage door opener to the car's Home Link system. This issue had nothing to do with the car, but rather our old garage door transmitter. Dan went the EXTRA mile in offering to have one of his technicians walk us through the process, and if necessary, send the technician to our home to help us resolve this.
