It can be EASY to buy/lease a car! I am a 1st Time customer at Hyundai of Freehold, but not a last! The process was fast, as the price was negotiated over the phone with my Salesman, Mike Krajewski. I was in an out of the dealer within an hour to complete the sales agreement. When I went back to pick-up my new Tucson, Mike was there to explain every detail of the car. He spent 30-minutes going over every option on the car – perfect! Mike, was unpretentious, conscientious, and forthright; everything you would want from a car salesman which is very hard to find these days. The dealership's Sales Manager, Brian Showers, was just a downright nice guy. NO BS! He came over to the salesman’s desk spoke "with" me and not "to" me. This Hyundai Dealership was awesome. Every salesman we dealt with in the past has always given us a price; then walked into the sales manager’s office and come back with another figure. Then it would be back-n-forth for hours upon hours (which could even go on for days upon days) which became a very aggravating and unpleasant experience – but this time at Freehold Hyundai! Thank You Mike! I highly recommend Mike and if you get the opportunity to shake Brian's hand and meet him you won't regret it! We must also applaud the “Finance Guy” (Sorry but I am not good with names), as he was also amazing. He walked over to me, signed some paperwork and most electronically, passed a few jokes back-n-forth and I was out of there in less than 15-minutes! (Another amazing feat by another genuine person) One last item to note; EVERYONE at the dealership was pleasant and nice. A shout out to Nicole, as she was kind enough to follow-up with me. If she didn’t follow-up with m, I probably would not have gone back to the dealership; She put me in contact with Mike. The showroom could use a little updating, as everyone is ‘out in the open’, I would have like a bit more privacy. Overall Outstanding Customer Service! More

I was referred to Genesis of Freehold by the dealer that had sold the Genesis, I had put a deposit on, out from under me. I was so disappointed with the whole experience at Colonial Hyundai of Downingtown had sold the Genesis, I had put a deposit on, out from under me. I was so disappointed with the whole experience at Colonial Hyundai of Downingtown I didn't believe the folks in Freehold would be able to help me. Well...they did! The exact model and color was in stock and waiting for me the same day I inquired about it. I was able to find my own financing through a credit union and show up with a check ready to purchase. We had come to an agreement on price, not much haggling since these cars are hard to come by and selling above MSRP. I let Matt, my sales guy, know that I could come get the car but had time constraints, my son would be getting off the bus and I needed to be home. Genesis of Freehold was close to two hours away due to construction in PA. When I arrived I was quickly wisked off to meet Matt Carlin, transfer my insurance, turn in my trade in, sign off on the deal and be on my way. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful and not in a "car salesman" kinda way, they were truly authentic. I also had the pleasure of meeting the incredibly intuitive Cary Rose who was extremely empathetic to my situation. After the horrible experience with the first dealer these folks renewed my faith in the goodness of others. I absolutely LOVE the Genesis GV70 and am thrilled to have done business with Freehold! More
