A special thank you to Daniel Nelson for the "personal" touch of reaching out to us regarding a minor issue that we had in trying to connect our automatic garage door opener to the car's Home Link system. This issue had nothing to do with the car, but rather our old garage door transmitter. Dan went the EXTRA mile in offering to have one of his technicians walk us through the process, and if necessary, send the technician to our home to help us resolve this. That is excellent customer service! It does not go unappreciated. More
