I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. After purchasing my vehicle, there was a major issue with the title that was entirely the dealership’s responsibility. Because of their mistake, I ended up having to pay extra fees that should never have been my burden. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. I tried reaching out multiple times for clarification and support, but I was either ignored or given vague, unhelpful responses. No one took ownership of the issue, and I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. A simple acknowledgment or effort to make things right would have gone a long way, but unfortunately, that never happened. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values transparency, professionalism, or basic customer service. More

This is the worst dealership I have ever bought a car from and I have bought at least 30 cars over the years. I bought a 2020 Range Rover from them in December 2024. Car seemed fine when I test drove it, but by the time I got home to Maryland, 3 hours away and took it to my LandRover dealership for multiple alerts, it needed $3700 in repairs. Do not sign “purchased as is” at this place. Walk away if they insist. They promised to send me the second key to the car which they claimed was at their other dealership. They said they would send it when they mail me my Maryland plates and registration. Guess what? It’s been 4 months since I bought the car and it’s still not registered or titled in my name. I have had to file a complaint with Office of Consumer Protection | Division of Consumer Affairs NJ Office of the Attorney General. I’m hoping they can convince this unreliable dealership to get the car titled and registered. Maryland MVA confirmed for me that they did request a duplicate title last week. So that means they didn’t have the title to the car when they sold it to me 4 months ago. The duplicate title is in the previous owner’s name, so God only knows how long it will take this dealership to pay Maryland MVA the taxes and title fees I paid them to get the car titled to me. Also contacting Maserati to strongly encourage dissolving their franchise agreement. This place is not worthy of representing the brand. The most unprofessional and unethical customer service experience I ever had! They will take your money, keep the vehicle and ignore your efforts to communicate with them.
