We went to Freehold Subaru and was greeted by Carlos with a friendly smile and welcoming handshake. We have owned a 2002 subaru that we loved but it was time to update. Carlos was able to give us all the information we needed on the latest and greatest updates to the Outback. We took a test drive with him and fell in love with the car. We highly recommend if you are looking for a Subaru to check out Freehold Subaru and definitely ask for Carlos (this salesman even gave us his personal cellphone if any questions arise). Another person I must acknowledge is John DePalma. He is their Subaru liason. We had a meeting with him when we went to pick up our plates and he showed us all the features of the car and answered any questions that had come up between the sale and then. Loving our new Subaru and so happy with the team at Freehold for making it stress free. More

We arrived for our appointment on time, met the sales manager, Scott, who sent us to meet our salesman, John Burtnick. John took us out for our test drive, and I fell in love with the car. Upon sitting down with John, we advised him that we only had 2 and a half hours to make the deal, as we had another commitment. John quickly went to work getting our trade in evaluated, crunching numbers, and haggling with his sales manager, to make a deal we were all happy with. We were out of the dealership in exactly 2.5 hours. It was the BEST & Fastest car buying experience that my husband & I have ever experienced. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends & family, or anybody looking for a hassle free fair deal. More

This dealer goes above and beyond for their customers I was searching for a great deal online, and I received a great quote through their website. It was a Friday evening before the Memorial Day weekend, I was searching for a great deal online, and I received a great quote through their website. It was a Friday evening before the Memorial Day weekend, and I live in Queens. I got to the dealership right before 8pm. The dealer, PJ was extremely helpful and patient. I took the car for a test drive and completed all the paperwork to lease the car. Although we finished way past the time these guys finish work, they never let me feel rushed. They answered all my questions and concerns and I ended up leaving with the car I wanted. This was the best and easiest car leasing experience I ever had. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a car. More
