"Lack of Communication."

Left jeep for recall service at 7:30 AM and was told it would be 2 hours max. 6.5 hours later still not done. No communication all day. Very frustrated that I am stuck without a vehicle (they would not give me anything to drive) so I have missed appointments and have not been able to be where I said I would. I will never return to this dealer. Terrible Service. And the service people do not even care.

"RIPPED US OFF!!! Don't ever use them 😡"

We had to take our vehicle in because it was leaking coolant. They replaced the thermostat, gasket and coolant and charged almost $500!!!! The cost for their parts was $65. So $425 for labor on such a simple repair is RIDICULOUS!!! PLUS, they kept the vehicle for FOUR days!!!!! Don't EVER EVER use these people!!!!

"Missing Tammy"

Tammy the service mgr at Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is the best service provider I have ever seen. She takes care of her service customers as if she owns the dealership. She really bends over backwards to give you the fair honest service she would want herself. The unfortunate thing is she is leaving the dealership and because of that I will not be back unless I have an issue under warranty. Had I known of this site earlier, I would have told the world how amazing and wonderfully caring she is long before now. Tammy you are an amazing gift to all of the people who have been enriched by you. Thank you for all of the times that you took such amazing care of me and the people who work with you. The dealership has lost a critical operational piece and a tremendous customer advocate. Where ever your next opportunity takes you, I hope that you are as loved cared for and appreciated as you are by your customers here. Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will never be the same without you. Last note about the service dept, I think they need to remove that $10.50 repair paperwork charge

"Ripped off twice by service "

Avoid getting any work done here. I took my truck in for service and they did not price out the work correctly. Came in to pick it up and the service was almost double what they told me it was going to be. The work they recommended to be done is to be done at 60,000 miles according to the service manual even though the truck only had 29,000 miles on it. They are desperate for your money and will lie to you in order to get it. Truck's check engine light went on the very next day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will never do business at this dealership again. Untrustworthy crooks.

"Worse service department ever."

I asked them to inspect a 3500 ram for me. they tried to charge me 1200 for a front brake job. They listed 6000 in repairs. i manage a trucking company and took it to my heavy diesel mechanic and only one of the repairs they quoted was actually wrong. They are xxxx and cheaters. They didnt unhook the battery during the inspection and no I have a traction control light on and they wont help me.

They charged me $7500 for a $2500 repair on my truck! I was on a trip and they had me over a barrel I would never go there again.

The service department is absolutely terrible. Tammy and Pete are no help at all. Since they not making any money on a recall you are the last on the list. the recall Calls for an hour of service and they want to keep your vehicle there two or three days with no option for a rental. I took time off from work to meet there appointment and they didn't even get my truck in the shop. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

"Worst parts service and attitudes ever."

I needed a new start push button for our Grand Cherokee. I went in to the parts department and there was no one at the counter so I waited for a few minutes. There was a woman at the accounts payable counter next to it just sitting there. I asked her if there was anyone in the parts department and she replied "They're in the back, they're slammed". While I was waiting, her phone rang and she said" Oh my God" and acted like it was a huge problem that she had to answer the phone. While I was still waiting, her phone rang again and she had the same reaction only louder. With still no one coming to the counter, I asked her if she could call someone. She did and told me it would be a while. During the wait, a man from the service department came up to the counter and I asked him if he could tell me the proper way to remove the start button from the Jeep and showed him the button. He asked "What is that?" I told him it was the start button from our Grand Cherokee and he said he had no idea how to remove it. Finally a guy came to the counter, I showed him the broken button, told him the year and model and asked if he had a replacement. After searching for about 10 minutes, he said he could not look it up without the VIN. I told him the button was the same from 2008 to 2013 and he said there was no way to look it up without the VIN. He also told me the button would need to be programmed by the service department. I told him the button is just a button and there is no program in it. He disagreed with me and again and said it needs to be programmed. I showed him the inside of the button and there was nothing in it. He still disagreed. When it was all said and done, I spent 20 minutes there and could not get the part. I went home and in 5 minutes found the part number and a new one on eBay for $10.54 shipped. Amazing that I can find the part number and part in 5 minutes and the Jeep parts department is incapable of finding it in their system. This was the worst customer service and most inept people I have ever seen at a dealership.

"? Mechanics Certification"

Took car in on March 18th due to recall Fuel tank causing hesitation when filling up car. Went back to pick up car on 19th drove less than 10 miles car filled with fumes. Took car back exhaust pipe was cut. Call to check status on Wed was told car not fixed FUEL LINE CUT IN ERROR. Today April 1st still do no have my car. Left voicemail for Tammy Kelley have yet to receive a return call. All updates received were due to me calling to check status. Have call Chrysler to file a formal complaint .

"Very happy with my experience!!"

We puchased our 2014 vehicle here. Do not deal with any visiting salesmen, only the ones that call this place home. Jose took care of all our finance questions and got us the best rates. Services and parts have always been great to work with if we had any problems. Just worked with Scott today to do the oil change and He put all my concerns at ease and took time to answer all my questions. I feel like part of the family. I have, do and will continue to send people to these great people.
