I needed some maintenance on car that was suggested in December. I was able to get all those done along with new tires with alignment, recall service and emissions test at the same time. I spent $750 at Freeman 3 years ago to get my driver’s side door to work properly. The repair included replacement of the inside bezel around the door handle. The bezel has come loose and interferes with side door to work properly. The repair included replacement of the inside bezel around the door handle. The bezel has come loose and interferes with the door handle and they say it will cost another $400 to fix. I recognize the warranty on the original work has expired but it seems excessive to have to pay another $400 to fix a problem that appears related to the work that was done. I probably should have elevated this to management to give them a chance to resolve it but instead I left without having them fix the bezel problem… More

Has anyone else had to wait months to get a Toyota TrailHunter Jack? I keep calling but they just keep saying it’s on order with no arrival date. I purchased a 2025 TrailHunter from Freeman Toyota and they let me order the hard Tonneau cover and waited until after it arrived to tell me it doesn’t fit the TrailHunter. I ordered the Prinsu Roof rack specifically for the light bar cutout but they installed the Toyota branded Prinsu rack that does not have the light bar cutout and refused to return it for the one I paid for. I ordered the WeBoost and rather than install it, they just left it in the box and said they didn’t know it needed to be installed. I will never buy a vehicle from Freeman Toyota again. Worst experience ever. Still waiting for my Jack after 3 months. More
