We found our first maintenance visit on our 2024 Sienna van great! We used the courtesy transportation service and spent part of the afternoon at the North East Mall. I had told the salesman over the phone the time I would be in and he knew from my online inquiry which vehicle I wanted to see and had it parked up front when I got there. I believe this is the 3rd or 4th time i go for maintenance check up and i am always needing shuttle service and i never get it i am stuck waiting an hour. When i went last time before this one i maintenance check up and i am always needing shuttle service and i never get it i am stuck waiting an hour. When i went last time before this one i was asked if i was wanting shuttle i said yes and they lasted a whole hour and a half to provide shuttle by the time shuttle got there the vehicle was ready. Will be the last time i attend to this location. More
