Alvin is the reason why I would buy another car from Freeman Toyota and ship it back to my home state, either for me or friends/family. From the point of first contact he took me seriously, even though it was all done online and through the phone, he made sure any question I had was answered, NEVER left me hanging, and always made sure to address any problems or concerns I had. When it came time to ship the car he went out of his way to get a quote from a shipping company and although I didn't go with them he was happy to work with the company that was going to ship my car, not once during this stage did I feel under pressure. I will definitely encourage all my connections to consider this place first as it seems people here are actually good people. Thank you Alvin! Only thing I didn't like was financing trying to make me buy things in order to get the APR they came back with, which in other words is pretty much “tied selling”. Technically you can't require someone to buy a product to get a lower rate that’s obviously already available to you. So I'd just advice anyone coming here to get pre-approved before anything. More
