Okay but a little too verbose. Not sure he couldn't have transferred my other Toyota license plate to the new one. I did transfer it before when I bought my other Highlander and Not sure he couldn't have transferred my other Toyota license plate to the new one. I did transfer it before when I bought my other Highlander and did not trade my Tacoma. He said could not transfer the plates (Purple Heart plates) since I did not do a trade for the other Highlander. More
