Wow! ! Exceptional service from the second I pulled into service bay. I had the pleasure working with Erica ( service advisor) who listened to my concerns ! Exceptional service from the second I pulled into service bay. I had the pleasure working with Erica ( service advisor) who listened to my concerns & explained mechanically what the issue could be and bingo she was right. She is very well versed and Knows her JOB plus you can tell she loves what she does. Also, I’d like to point out how Freeman goes the extra mile by having the mechanic video tape the issue to share with owner before work is done. What a fantastic tool to assure owners that work is needed and we’re not being cheated on false repair claims. Additionally, Freeman provided Lyft FREE of charge to and from the dealership so I could return to work and my day. Thank you again Freeman Toyota for exceptional service and peace of mind.
