I had and issue with my vehicle tried to contact Terri Grimes the customer service manager. I left two voice mails and she never called me back. So much for the customer first slogan. The used salesman was not honest and up front about many charges. I had more than 50% in cash for a down payment and my financing already secured but they wanted to run me “through the process” of loans lik charges. I repeatedly asked for a total price and it was way over what it should have been because they have their own “tracking system”, the only thing that saved this deal was Jackson in finance and the car being a good deal. What should have been fast and simple turned into a 2 and a half hour ordeal. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
