I recently had an appointment in the service department at Freeman Toyota. This was my first time there. My service rep was Darryl Cavitt. I was informed that my repairs would take 3 to 4 hours. After wait at Freeman Toyota. This was my first time there. My service rep was Darryl Cavitt. I was informed that my repairs would take 3 to 4 hours. After waiting in the customer lounge for 4 hours and expecting my vehicle to be ready so I could leave, I discovered that absolutely nothing had been done to my vehicle at all. An attempt was made to begin my repairs at that time (4 hours after my arrival), but I declined and took my vehicle elsewhere. So I do not recommend. The service manager, Dusty Jager, was very apologetic and concerned after he discovered what occurred. He was very understanding and tried to offer what he could to remedy the situation, but unfortunately the damage had already been done and I will not be returning. Since this was my first time there, a level of trust was never established and it is imperative to have that for a customer to have a desire to return. More
Wish there could be more service advisors in the world like Tim! He did an excellent job keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle the entire time it was in the shop and also was very proactive, he like Tim! Also really appreciate him listening to all my requests and doing everything within his authority to address my concerns. BIG thank you for not washing my vehicle as I had asked, you’d be surprised how many dealerships screw that up… I will definitely be coming back for future service on both my Toyotas. More
