Scheduled an appointment Friday 8/25 at 4:35pm for oil change with Haley via Freeman Toyota service website. Arrived at the site before the appointment. Haley was not there. Waiting inside the car for 10 minutes before getting help. After waiting 2 hours, service advisor brought my car back and nothing done on my car. He said the technician already left. They told me to bring the car back next morning and have the oil change for free. I did. But I still don't like the way this happened. I had several problems with Freeman Toyota before. I still wanted to give them a chance to fix the issues. But, finally. This is it. Specially, thank to Jeff handled this situation. More
