The entire experience was not an ordeal like typical car purchases but very smooth and easy to get done. Sam was great at communicating by text notifying us when the car was available and the financing piec purchases but very smooth and easy to get done. He even accompanied us to the bank since we were unfamiliar with the area. We give him our highest recommendation and would definitely work with him on a vehicle purchase in the future.
