In my opinion, Covid changed the dealership buying experience for the average consumer. Mostly not in a positive way. I would like to give a great shout out to Jeremy Coffelt at Freeman Toyota. He was experience for the average consumer. Mostly not in a positive way. I would like to give a great shout out to Jeremy Coffelt at Freeman Toyota. He was quick to answer any of my questions and didn't give me the typical run around. He was willing to let me take the time I needed with no pressure and no additional dealer markups. He offered to find the exact truck I wanted or let me pick off the lot. This was truly a remarkable truck buying experience and I would like to say thank you to Jeremy and Freeman Toyota.
