I really enjoyed the popcorn and coke that I had in the waiting lobby but I was disappointed that after waiting almost three hours for oil change and inspection they did not even rinse my car off. Friendly and helpful service advisor, Desmond, and I got good service. I enjoyed the popcorn in the waiting room, too. I had a question on getting body side moldings for my RAV 4.
