I'm completely done with this dealership. First and second trips were very poor service. I won't even go into the details, though there were MANY, including damage to my side mirror, which First and second trips were very poor service. However this last visit, my third and final, was the icing on the cake. After almost a week, I get a call from someone saying, "hey when you brought your truck in for service, we got mixed up and actually didn't even do the service, could you bring it back so we can actually change the oil."
