Service rep was courteous, however everything else is not. Parts dept quoted me a license plate holder for $90 while it can be bought elsewhere online for $30. Icing on the cake is, when I inquiry about getting a new RAV4 while I awaits for service, they quoted me +$10,000 over MSRP and sales rep bragged about another customer didn't sweat over $20,000 MSRP. Excuse me, you are wasting my time and I can smell RIP-OFF from a mile away, no thanks. More
