Service mgr took care of my issue satisfactorily. Counter help was uninformed and robotic in the excuse of why they could not . The service department at Freeman Toyota is much better than other Toyota dealerships that I have used. Service advisor Malorie Williams exceeded my already high expectations. My car was repaired much fa than other Toyota dealerships that I have used. Service advisor Malorie Williams exceeded my already high expectations. The distance between my home and Freeman Toyota is MUCH further than other nearby Toyota dealerships, but the inconvenience of the long drive was worth it. Kudos to Malorie Williams! More
