I waited 3 hours for an oil change and when my car was finally ready they had not done the oil change and charged me for rotating my tires. I was furious at this point and told them I was not paying the finally ready they had not done the oil change and charged me for rotating my tires. I was furious at this point and told them I was not paying the bill because I didn't get my last free oil change. The service manager came to talk to me and agreed they gave me terrible service and gave me a complimentary oil change the following day. I asked for a priority appointment because I was told if you make an appointment two days prior to your appointment you did not have such a long wait. Needless to say I am disgusted with your service department. It shouldn't take 2 hours for an oil change when you have an appointment. Apparently, whoever booked my appointment put me down for a service and never mentioned the oil change. Speaking as a customer, I should get what I requested and not what your maintenance department decides what I need. I change my oil every 5k and going forward that is what I want More
