The last visit I had with this dealership was in April, 2022, leasing my RAV4. My experience was horrible, disrespectful and downright degrading for any human to have to experience. The problem I was having wasn’t dealing with buying a car. I was dealing with correction of my name incorrectly entered into their computer system that they transferred over to Toyota Financial Service. The only thing they had to do was to correct their computer mistakes. It turned into a legal battle. The atmosphere was so intense that I had to come out of my character by raising my voice to the extent of showing them that I was an adult and no human being should have to endure that type of behavior or treatment. They didn’t care to correct the situation. I was totally embarrassed as a customer. The manager never encouraged or asked their employee who was responsible for this situation to correct it. It got to the point that the manager turned on me with disrespect telling me not to talk to his employee in that manner. This company is not concerned about their customers. They are concerned about their employees/ employers (their family) you can trust me on that. However they want excellent reviews and they are not treating customers with excellent service. it’s like dealing with a mafia.I have developed other legal issues since this incident. I never in my wildest dream thought or even imagine that I would have encountered a legal experience like this by leasing a car. I have been dealing and buying my cars from Freeman Toyota all of my car life (smile). More
