Failed to honor, live up to the promised warranty as expected . Is the reason always skeptical of warranty promises. Not to be trusted, not credible as is is the case here 100 per cent. So I had to incur expense of dead unreliable battery replacement while clearly still under promised warranty and a towing fee for this problematic, unreliable Toyota Rav4 purchased new from Freeman Toyota in March 2023. I bought 4 tires on April 25, 2025. Ashley Morales gave a price for all 4 tires and said that was the total price for the tires. After agreeing to the price and getting the tires, I was at checkout for $1,036.62 which was about $200 more than I was expecting. I understand an alignment has to be completed after getting new tires, but I wish it would have been explained in better detail when we were discussing pricing. I always appreciate upfront conversations and don’t like surprises when the bill arrives. When I inquired about the final price, Ashley explained about the alignment which wasn’t explained prior to purchasing. That is what threw me off and made me feel uncomfortable with my relationship with this dealership. I performed a careful research with Discount Tires and other tire companies. Their pricing for everything in total was much cheaper than the total I paid for Toyota for the same exact brand/type of tires. I had chosen Toyota thinking it was better value/service/pricing but later received a bill much higher than I was expecting. I still appreciate the time to work with me but ask that advisors are more upfront with their services and pricing they offer just to be more transparent and show that they care about their customers and their money more than just making a sale on services. More
