Took my car in for its first service, was told it would only take an hour but ended up taking over 3. I understand if processes take longer but to be left in the dark while waiting was frustrating to say t only take an hour but ended up taking over 3. I will try the service center again and hopefully it’ll improve and my view will change but as for right now I cannot recommend the center. More
