Our Toyota Sienna, 5 years old with only 20,000 miles, failed to start one evening after we had dinner out. It put on an amazing sound and light show, every light inside and outside the car blinking rapid failed to start one evening after we had dinner out. It put on an amazing sound and light show, every light inside and outside the car blinking rapidly, like it was possessed, Then there was a crazy click click sound constantly, which sounded like the starter was broken. I have never seen anything like this before. At first the dealership could find nothing wrong, because it started fine and all diagnostics were normal. After it sat overnight waiting on us to pick it up, the valet tried to drive the car around and it put on the same show for him. Finally someone else saw what we had seen, and it could be fixed. It was actually just a bad battery, and the best diagnostic display of a bad battery I have ever seen. It needs to be patented so everyone can see the fun! Anyway, Freeman and Peter Stevenson found the weird problem and fixed it immediately. We really appreciate the hard work and dedication to perfection which was displayed by everyone there. Thanks!
