I was reviewing the recording of the video by the technician and I had a lot of service items being performed. Apparently something was missed that was found by the tech and I think it was when Kelly technician and I had a lot of service items being performed. Apparently something was missed that was found by the tech and I think it was when Kelly was handing over my stuff to Whitley. So now I’m going to have to pay more for this overlooked maintenance and I’m already tapped out. I’m just disappointed that it was missed and no one caught it, including myself. More

Finance manager Brandon Nabors unfair business practices. I wanted to decline on wrap warranty and warranty for wheels and dings and others. But after I voiced it. He raised my interest rate by mo practices. I wanted to decline on wrap warranty and warranty for wheels and dings and others. But after I voiced it. He raised my interest rate by more than 1 and a half percent! And raised my car payment. I've researched some of the practices he did and it was definitely not right. As they say about dealership, they called stealership. This man keep that myth alive and well... I wish I could've taken the time and saved alot of money through my own bank... 3 times I've had bad experiences. All those warranty he guarantees me never came through when I tried to use them.
